Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

The arrangement was beautiful, and the recipient was quite surprised, given the fact that her birthday was Wednesday, November 6th, and I requested delivery on Wednesday, November 6th, but the flowers were delivered a day early, on Tuesday, November 5th... I guess early was better than late...
